My Xi6-A is no longer booting up to home page. Getting an error message i.e. your connection to Gateway, Modem or need troubleshooting.
Xi6-A not booting up to home screen.
Can't stream apps from Xfinity home screen.
Unresponsive to reboot of Router, Modem, or Xi6-A TV box.
Who can i call or get this resolved?

@Terenia Have you tried unplugging both devices for a few minutes? Plug the router back in first, when online, plug back in the Xi6. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.
