my roku gives me a initializing error and wont turn on it is stuck on that

do i need to call Comcast to see why my Roku won't work please help so I can watch tv

Hi @jasonjjw thank you for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forum. Could you please provide more information on the "initializing error" on your Roku?

- Is it an error after you launch the Xfinity Stream App? If so, do you see any error code/error message or just a blank screen? And did this error occur before or after you log in your Stream account?

- Or is it an error when you turn on your Roku device that's not specific to Stream app?
