My Peacock Premium Plus shows active on Xfinity, but my Peacock app is stuck on basic Premium

I am experiencing the common billing token synchronization issue with my Peacock subscription through Xfinity.
On my Xfinity billing profile, my Peacock Premium Plus subscription shows as completely active and paid for. However, when I log into the Peacock app, my account dashboard states that I only have the standard Premium tier (with ads).
Additionally, when I attempt to use the standard Xfinity activation link, it immediately throws an error page and will not let me proceed.
I have already tried the standard troubleshooting steps, including:
  • Clearing cookies, cache, and local storage on my Xfinity box and web browsers.
  • Attempting to log in using an Incognito/Private browsing window.
  • Verifying that I am using my Primary Xfinity ID credentials.
Since the automated system is in a deadlock loop, I need a Tier-2 advanced tech support agent to manually re-provision my Peacock entitlement on the backend. Could an Official Employee please help me open a ticket to refresh my subscription token?
