My Britbox won’t update to premium through xfinity

My xfinity account shows that I have updated my subscription on Britbox to the premium annual subscription. When I go to the app though it does not show that and shows just a regular subscription. I have logged in and out of the Britbox account and logged back in, I have also restarted my xfinity box. I have waited 24 hours to see if billing needs to catch up. What can I do for the app to reflect what my xfinity subscriptions in my settings does?
