Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your streaming options. Are you connected to your Wi-Fi network or directly connected? Is it possible that you are using the hotspot as you may run into this error if you are connecting to an Xfinity hotspot vs your home network? Is this occurring on all devices or just one specific device?
