MSNOW and CNBC drop audio on xfinity stream

When using xfinity stream and apple tv box to access MSNOW and CNBC the stations drop audio for several seconds at a time, all the time. I downloaded CNBC app and MSNOW app to the apple tv box and when I access the  stations thru the apps they work fine so the apple box is not the problem.. I pay for those channels in my xfinity tv subscription and should not need a separate app to access them. I see from message boards that this is a universal problem for these two stations at least. Will i see a refund for this "glitch"?

I have audio drop after commercial breaks and at the start of the show, but not on any legacy channels which I just discovered by trial and error. Update suppose to come out today to fix some of these issues. Keep an eye out for it.

We appreciate you being a customer with us, and I am sorry to hear about the audio drops you're experiencing with these networks when watching on your Apple TV box. My team is here to support you! I know you mentioned downloading the app. To confirm, did you download the Xfinity Stream app on another device?

I downloaded on my apple tv box which plays on a Bravia rx. Both the CNBC app and the MSNOW app work perfectly with no dropped audio. When I go back to xfinity stream and bring up either station they drop audio at intermittant times

@user_03de5a Thanks for clarifying that for us. Have you by any chance deleted the Stream app from your Apple TV box and then downloaded it back to your device? How about your Apple TV box, have you tried troubleshooting that box as well?

yes, I have deleted the xfinity app and re downloaded with no effect. I have also refreshed the Apple box and have it set for auto updates. Unplugged and reset all devices.

Yes I have deleted and re downloaded the xfinity stream app with no change in the  problem . Also reset the Apple box and have it set for auto update. I have also unplugged and replugged all devices, checked the HDMI connections and It still is dropping audio.
