MSNBC Audio

I'm experiencing the MSNBC audio out on Xfinity Stream that many other people have experienced before. Started 4/1/2024 at roughly 8am eastern. All other channels are fine. Any insight?

Same problem here, but this is NOT my first time experiencing this. This is an ongoing issues that Xfinity obviously knows exists and is either unwilling or unable to solve. I've also seen similar issues noted for other channels. Odd thing is that it is channel specific, which may make it harder to troubleshoot but none the less solvable.

Ugh... I already feel I pay too much for this service to get a second rate product. I continue to be a diehard xfinity customer when every one around me is moving away from cable. SMH.

I have the same problem, I only just discovered this forum. Going to Xfinity only got me a chat box for my TV. I have had this problem before and it lasts until it doesn't, no feedback is ever given. There is no notification there is a problem with MSNBC, Xfinity or whatever. I agree with the statement that too much is paid for this type of service, but no support or apology. It always seems to be MSNBC, as the other channels I frequent always appear to work when this happens. So glad it wasn't just me, but sorry you're just as aggravated.

Through the app ... playing on Windows 11 version 10.0.22621 (64-bit) not iPhone/Android. Browser - Chrome Version 123.0.6312.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@user_9544b6 It sounds like you're using the website to stream. Please clear cache and cookies so the Chrome browser can load new site data instead of using cached data. Are you still noticing the issue?

I know I'm late to the forum, but I keep having intermittent audio gaps when I replaying my recorded MSNBC.  Got much worse lately, but started long before April.

Any one else??
