moved and now my peacock subscription is gone

I moved and did not change a thing about my subscription tier so i should still have peacock but it keeps telling me to activate my peacock account then it won't let me. I have already unlinked and removed my previous address and made my  current address the default. I have seen so many posts already and I actually cannot believe you guys can't figure out how to fix this issue even after years of people going through the same exact thing.

Hi user_j046t8, thanks for reaching out here on the community forums! Moving is already a hassle, so I'm sorry you lost access to Peacock on top of it. I appreciate that you already took steps to unlink your Xfinity ID from your previous account! Since that didn't do the trick, we'll want to pull out the magnifying glass on our end to see what's sticking. Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
