Most of my channels are gone on Xfinity Stream after I canceled TV service.

As the title states, I lost almost all of my TV channels on Xfinity stream when I canceled my TV service. Due to expenses, and the fact that my TV box stopped working again and I was going to have to replace it again after numerous times of replacements. I decided to cancel my TV subscription and my bill in half. However I kept my Xfinity voice and Xfinity Internet. According to Xfinity, I would still be able to stream on their website if I was an Xfinity customer which I am. 

Fast forward to today I went on my computer to attempt to stream and found almost all of my channels had disappeared. Do you lose channels on Xfinity stream if you cancel the TV service?

Rachel_M-0215 Thank you so much for your post for help with what you still have access to on the Xfinity Stream app now that you no longer have TV included in your services. Since customers do have purchased shows we need to make sure they can still access even after they are no longer customers. You can continue to watch purchased titles using Xfinity Stream (xfinity.com/stream) and the Xfinity Stream app. We have a great page that goes over a lot of options for when you end one of our services you can check it out here. We do have Free On Demand TV options that change from time to time, but you would not have access to anything other than purchased content once you disconnect your TV services.  If you are looking for options with a little more check into our Xumo options that provide access to your favorite streaming platforms or our NOW TV option.
