For the past several weeks the sound has been cutting out on the app. I may happen as often as every few minutes. My App is up to date, as are the iOS on my iPhone and iPad. I've restarted and reset everything possible. Has anyone else had this issue?
There used to be a way to report problems with the app. Xfinity needs to bring this back!!
I suspect that they don't want to get feedback from customers.
I hope that someone from Xfiity replies.
