Missing local channels

Help! 2 days ago, suddenly lost local channels while streaming on laptop (no PBS and local ABC, NBC, CBS now TVgo only). I have spent hours on multiple chats - useless, no fix yet. And chat staff kept forcing new orders on me and now my monthly billed increased by $30! About ready to cancel Xfinity, totally frustrated. Appreciate any insights on this

I have the same problem (no local channels) when streaming on the internet or a Kindle Fire Stick.  The channels appear in my line-up AND work fine when hard-wire connected directly to the modem through TIVO units.  They simply don't appear in the steaming version even though I am on my internal network via wi-fi.

Any suggestions?
