The only channels shown on both Xfinity Stream TV and my cell phone app are the ‘to go’ channels’.
I’ve rebooted modem, reinstalled app, restarted fire stick but no success. Also wasted an hour last night waiting for a customer service callback but never received one! Please help!

Hello @user_af6020, and thank you for reaching out about the stream app only providing To GO channels. This was a know issues that we worked on, and some customers needed a refresh of entitlements put on the account to correct. If you are still experiencing this issue, I would be happy to get this done for you to correct the problem!
