Missing channels

​The only channels shown on both Xfinity Stream TV and my cell phone app are the ‘to go’ channels’. ​
​I’ve rebooted modem, reinstalled app, restarted fire stick but no success. Also wasted an hour last night waiting for a customer service callback but never received one! Please help!​

Hello @user_af6020, and thank you for reaching out about the stream app only providing To GO channels. This was a know issues that we worked on, and some customers needed a refresh of entitlements put on the account to correct. If you are still experiencing this issue, I would be happy to get this done for you to correct the problem!
