Missing channels

Since the change on the streaming website, I can no longer access some channels which are accessable on my tv's. Is this permanent?

if on your home wifi you should get (only) all the channels listed on your smart device my account app, TV tab, channel lineup link. if you are receiving a channel not listed on that link on your home equipment the cloud streaming tuner will now show the channel. did you check your chanel lineup in the app?
