Mini guide icon disappeared- can’t change channels! I am not having the same issue on my other TV.
Everything was working fine on my Xfinity stream app than a few days ago when I put the TV on in the morning it no longer showed the mini guide icon in the lower right corner. I tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling several times but nothing will bring the mini guide back and I cannot change any channel it has been on the same channel since then. I have an LG tv. I am not having the same issue on my other TV. Help!!

My LG TV will not give me a channel guide that lets me see all my channels. it only shows me a mini guide for only 10 channels. I used to be able to see my entire guide last week. now it's gone and when you press the left remote button it only says live TV

Xfinity Stream app is barely useable on my LG. No Mini Guide, the remote buttons on my remote are extremely slow, and sometimes don't work. I have to turn the TV off and reload Xfinity that "sometimes" fixes the issue. Still no mini guide
COME ON XFINITY!
FIX YOUR APP WITH LG!

I have the same issue as others with my LG TV. The mini guide is gone. I have this app on my Roku's and it works fine. The issue is without a doubt the app itself and being told to contact LG is ludicrous. Comcast builds the app to work with TV manufacturers, LG just provides the platform to build the app on. I had several problems starting last fall in November where I had the mini guide but it would only show 10 channels and would not scroll. I was able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app on three occasions. Now the mini guide is completely gone and yes, I did try to uninstall and reinstall but no luck. Comcast please fix this or I too may need to look at other services.

I have the same problem with my LG tv. The issue is not consistent. The mini guide will be there at times and them just disappear. It is currently missing. I talked to a technician at Xfinity and They are clueless. That is why they continue to send us to LG
If their sponsors knew how much programming we miss because it is too difficult to access, they would be forced to correct the issue. We just go to another app for a lot of our viewing. My thoughts.
