Merge my freestanding peacock subscription back to the free Diamond rewards status with Xfinity
Recently I turned on Peacock, and was prompted to subscribe. I have been a Diamond rewards status level member since 2009.
At what point did Peacock become an “add on” channel, and of what I am reading correct, and I am eligible for the free stream due to my Diamo d status, how can I merge the two so I can cancel the stand alone subscription of Peacock I have?

Can you tell me a little more about what happened? Were you previously receiving the free Peacock Premium benefit for Diamond members, only to have it start asking you to subscribe to a paid plan recently, or are you trying to redeem your free subscription for the first time? When you log into your account online or through the Xfinity app, does the free Peacock Premium Reward benefit show up under available or redeemed benefits?
