When trying to sign on to Max, I'm getting an error screen.

user_s5wn5e What error are you receiving?

I believe the error code was 5116. It was a white screen with programming text.
It does appear to have resolved itself, or you have fixed it.

Thanks

I am very glad to hear that issue was resolved. It most likely was a issue on the backend that an account refresh would have resolved.

@user_i1xutw Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand that you are being asked to activate a new account when you try to sign in to Max. Can you clarify if you are attempting to log in using Xfinity as your provider? If you could walk me through the steps you're taking to log in that would help us begin to troubleshoot for you.
