Low Quality DVR Recording
The streaming quality on the Xfinity Stream app when recording a program is SO low quality. This happens every time I try to watch a recording on my phone, computer, or smart TV. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @user_487e01,
Have you checked your recording to ensure that you're recording the HD version of the programs and not the SD? You can use this link to check that.
