Lost movie purchases

So i go in to watch some of my movie purchases this morning on xfinity stream only to find out Star 80, Elvis, Modern Problems, The incredible shrinking woman , what dreams may come and american sniper are no longer there with the newer purchases and it says add + ?? I have put a lot and i mean a lot of money into these movies as they are a few of my favorites now i dont have them? Please help ! I am a diamond member and been a loyal customer.

Hello @user_2apdvy Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm in the Stream app you are navigating to saved > purchases and that is where they are missing from? What is the oldest purchase it is showing?

I recently switched from my old Comcast DVR service to Xfinity NOW. I use the same login information, but my past movie purchases are completely missing from my library. Can you please locate my old account history and link my past movie purchases to my new active account number?"

@user_6829c6 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand the frustration if you are missing movie purchases. Just to clarify, did you disconnect your Xfinity internet and cable and move to NOW internet and NOW TV services? Did you return the DVR and get one of our Xumo boxes to stream your programming?
