Lose of local channels on both Stream and set top
Every so often (about once every six weeks), I lose my local channels on both the set top box and the Stream app. I go through the usual agonizing one hour - two hour debugging process with the end result being an appointment set up to come out. But, after about 6-12 hours, the local channels come back on both services. This results in a call back saying that since the sevice is restored there is no problem so no technician will come out. Anyone else experiencing these problems. I don't think it is related to the set top box since I lose channels on both the streaming service and the set top box(s). Non-local channels like Hallmark etc. work fine throughout the entire process.
