Log in loop for xfinity stream
I can not log into xfinity stream using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. The sign in page is not normal. It is black with text only. I sign in and it loops back to that same sign in page. On ALL three browsers, I have cleared the cache. I have waited and tried again. This is not new. It happens about once a week and has been happening for over a year. Finally I give up, which is NOT what I'm paying for. This is the online app, not the mobile app. I see that a multitude of other customers are having the same issue, which leads me to believe it originates in the xfinity server, not anything I can do in my home to fix it.

I understand you've been having issues logging into Xfinity stream online. I know I would be reaching out as well to find out what is going on. I'm happy to investigate this. Can you tell me what device you are using to log into Xfinity Stream? Are you able to use the Mobile app with no issues?
