Hello, user_cd88bc! 👋 Thank you for reaching out to the Comcast Digital Care Team via our Xfinity Forums! Your time and patience while you wait for a live specialist to respond to your message are greatly appreciated!

Some channels are not available outside of your in-home network. Here is a link to the channels that are available, https://comca.st/3C9njhK. Let me know if you have any additional questions! We are here to help!

@XfinityErika wrong.  If a station is listed as TVGO why would there be a location problem?

Even the channels that are listed in my Xfinity Stream app & on the website do NOT all work - how lame of Comcast.  The excuses for certain programming and channels available outside of home network make Xfinity Stream nearly useless as a mobile app.  Yeah, you can skip having to overpay even more for additional boxes in your house - but the Stream interface apps for home use are slow and buggy and clunky (after years still listed as beta...really???). But it's to be expected - in my experience in 25 years and service in multiple houses the constants from Comcast have been lies, inaccurate information, misrepresentations, deception, and sleazy business practices....and, like with Altitude Sports and Denver Nuggets & Colorado Avalanche telecasts, of course Xfinity blames someone else for failing to invest what's required to give customers their money's worth.  We now have service in 2 locations, down from 4 and soon to go to just one - and for that one we'll likely downsize to just internet and no more cable at all.
