Local channels

Why do the local channels stop to stream every few minutes.  I can't even watch the weather for my area.  Been happening several months.  I changed out and put in all new equipment router/modem boosters.  Unplugged  plugged.  Nothing works.  Calling customer service is to much anxiety.  Looking for other  service options.

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further and find out why your streaming pauses every few minutes. Please send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.
