Local Atlanta ABC shows wrong programs at wrong time

When using the streaming app, the local Atlanta ABC channel (WSBTV) shows programming from the Central Time Zone instead of the Eastern Time Zone.  All of the other local channels have the correct shows at the correct time.  I have made sure all devices have the same time set.  Anyone having this same issue?
