Live Channels on XUMO
For the love of God!!!! what is wrong with Xfinity!!!! against my better judgment I decided to sign up with Xfinity Internet and TV. Here I am again with the same frustrations from before!!!.
got my Internet setup ... YAY bonus!
setup my Xumo box and I cannot see any of my live channels on xfinity stream. Tells me something went wrong, your guide isn't loading right now, Please wait a few minutes, then try again. 15 hours later and many conversations with no one that can help me. Why is this so hard for Xfinity to do their job. SUPER Frustrated, I can't even count how many hours I have spent with Xfinity troubleshooting.
I can login to Xfinity Stream online and see all my channels... so what is the issue with XUMO ???? (ERROR:TVAPP-00500) please do not make me contact support again, this is something you sell, so why does it not work.

@user_1ajxci Try clearing the local data on the Xumo. I would also try refresh apps, or factory reset as last resort. This support article explains the steps; https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-clear-cookies-and-local-data-storage
