We have had terrible service with switching to Xfinity stream from cable service. Every person that we've talked to or has come out to our home provides a different answer, says they fixed  the issue and we're still having multiple problems!  Customer service has not been knowledable or of good quality.  After 30 years with Xfinity we are leaving!
