Hello, @jrdoa. Thanks for commenting to let us know you are experiencing a similar issue. To confirm, are you using the Xfinity Stream App as well? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Is NBC the only channel affected?

I'm having the same issue with NBC. Video ends up lagging behind audio then shuts down and just cycles. Very aggravating and not sure how to fix.
