Issues logging in

I am having a similar problem.  Every time I try to login on iPad, which worked no problem for years, I get

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://login.xfinity.com/login" on this server.

user_4zp3gp Have you tried to clear the cache/cookies on your browser, or a different browser, on your iPad? I ask since it sounds like there may be an issue with the saved data that may be corrupted and needs to be cleaned.

Thank you for the reply. I tried that and used both safari and chrome. It worked no problem for years, then I logged out a few days ago and since then, I cannot get back in.  Everyone else in the family is in without issue but I keep getting access denied. Not making any sense.

That does seem strange. Did you recently do an update on your iPad that others may have not, or vice versa?

It’s possible that I have latest updates and they don’t yet, but app should still work with new iPad os, no?

Hi there @user_g8vhkz, are you only having this issue when using your iPad or do you receive the error when using other devices?
