Infinity app guide issues on Samsung tv's

The xfinity stream app does not work well.  Navigation is hit or miss to pull up a channel guide on various smart tv's for simple live tv.  This continued dysfunctional solution has me reconsidering a media provider after 30+ years of loyalty and paying monthly bills and being charged extra for every enpoint device.  The equipment should be part of the monthly invoice not extra rental charges for every device to deliver content.  My signal also sucks after so called improvements in my area back in April that dropped the input signal level to my premise significantly.  This created a daily poor experience.  My xfinity cable modem had to throttle up to even work. During the so called upgrade in April.  Service quality has been suffering and I am strongly considering to cancel.  I professionally operate rf and internet services professionally in the commercial environment.  I possess test equipment to analyze and meadure various signal standards so I know the technology in and out.

Good morning, @user_zuclmv , and thank you for reaching out. I'm very sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you've experienced with both the Xfinity Stream app and your signal quality. I can certainly understand your frustration, especially after being a customer for more than 30 years and having the technical expertise to monitor and validate the issues you're seeing. From what you've described, the app performance on your smart TVs, the additional equipment charges, and the signal degradation following the network upgrades have all contributed to a poor experience. I appreciate the detailed information you've provided regarding the signal levels and modem behavior. I'd like to take a closer look at your account, services, and signal history. Please send me a DM with your full first and last name and complete service address, and I'll be happy to investigate further and explore available options to address your concerns.
