I want to downgrade my Peacock Premium Plus. Please help!

I receive Peacock Premium free with my internet.  I wanted to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus so I wouldn't get commercials while I watched Yellowstone.  I was able to upgrade (not for the $5 offered, but at full price - now $13.99/month), but didn't receive the Plus service for the first four months.  I've worked with countless numbers of Xfinity staff over more than 10 calls.  Now, six months later, I am exhausted with Xfinity and am still paying for Peacock Premium Plus.  There has been absolutely zero follow-up from Xfinity.  They send texts each time after my interactions with them to ask me to rate the service and if I would recommend to family and friends.  I give them zeros each time.  I would never refer friends and family to get this awful service.  No response.  And, yet, here I am, still trying to get this off my account.

Any suggestions?

@user_9h854z This page has instructions how to cancel. All you need to do is login to your Peacock account and cancel service. https://www.peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation

You can’t cancel from Peacock side, they’ll tell you to talk to Xfinity

@DreamSayerZ I tried this so many times. There was a glitch with Xfinity. They needed to fix it from their side. According to Jimmy, who I spoke with for several hours yesterday, my service was cancelled in September, but I was still being charged for it until we spoke yesterday. Hopefully it is resolved now.
