I need to speak with a customer service agent. Why do you make it so difficult to get a hold of a human?

I need to speak with a customer service agent. I don’t wanna pick from a drop-down menu. I just wanna talk to a person. Otherwise I wanna cancel all my services. This is ridiculous.
