I have Disney plus with ads go no ads

i have Xfinity streaming.  I had a lot of trouble getting disney plus to work as part of the streaming package.  After much time and being on this forum and talking to xfinity it was fixed.  But i want to pay the extra $7 per month so i can have NO ADS on Disney / Hulu.   The website, the app, won;t let me upgrade.  I have tried 15 times.  How do i upgrade and get rid of the ads?
