Good evening @user_ylxt8m and happy Sunday, we appreciate you taking the time to reach out on our Community Forums regarding your payment concerns, and hope you are otherwise having a wonderful weekend! I'm sorry to hear that you feel scammed as this is never how we want our customers to feel. I see that you stated you made two payments in July but are behind on your payments. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account and assist with any account concerns you have. This will require us to collect a few pieces of information to locate the account. To get started, can you please send us a direct message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?
To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Did you get an email? I've gotten them too and they are fake. Hover over the sender's email and it isn't Xfinity. Go directly to their page bypassing the email and check your balance.
