I cannot get my Xfinity now app to record.
I can’t schedule recordings.
My app used to record and work perfectly. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve updated all the apps. I’ve done everything that was suggested. Now what?

I also have this problem. I have contacted customer support and spent many hour with them trying to solve the problem. They didn't fix it and they don't care. Typical Xfiniity. Please post if you can get it fixed.
