I canceled my NOW TV, it was by accident. It was only active for 15 minutes. Will I still be charged for it?

I received the email it was canceled, but I want to confirm I won't be charged for the month of NOW TV.

@julianweiss Yes, you will be charged for the NOW TV subscription even if you canceled it shortly after activation. NOW TV subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle, and cancellation doesn't result in a refund or pro-rated charges. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. The cancellation email you received should have stated that. You will still have access to the service until then.

Hello julianweiss! I appreciate you bringing your question to our community, and am happy to help 👍 Our resources are a bit limited when looking into NOW services specifically, so I don't want to give you an answer without being 100% sure. Our dedicated NOW support team can be reached exclusively through our Xfinity Assistant, and I would recommend using that link to reach out when you get a chance for a definitive answer. Please let me know if there's any other way I can be of help!
