I can not log into Apple TV

I have the NOW package and was able to log in to Netflix but Apple will not login - just keep giving me the login screen and will not let me do anything.  I logged out of my actual apple account and tried with another email but still nothing.

Yes, i can get into netflix and peacock - i go to the icon that has the NOW and just keeps taking me to the sign on screen for apple - i can login my apple account but not the xfinity one to watch shows

You would use your own login information for Apple Tv+ https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/apple-tv-plus-overview Are those the screens you are seeing? @LaW1973

i get to the subscription screen but i have to sign up  for apple tv i don't get the option like i did with netflix for the included with xfinity

Xfinity StreamSaver includes Netflix Standard with ads, Peacock Premium with ads, and Apple TV+ for only $15 per month

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
