I am super frustrated

i am supposed to get peacock premium because i am such a "loyal customer" but i cannot sign in

tech support opened a ticket ECM Ticket ECM0007442841 and i was told that i would hear back in a day or 2. i did not. finally had time in my busy schedule to call and lo and behold they say that it can take 14 days. first time i heard that. they also said that it should be resolved by peacock and peacock says that xfiity will fix it. it is not fixed. i am considering changing internet service i can not email anyone directly and get the run around with the stupid chat agent

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
