Hey there, @user_6kk6pk. I have reviewed a few accounts that have the StreamSaver service and I am not seeing any additional taxes and fees assessed to those accounts. All of our order approvals will break down any additional taxes and fees that would be added before you agree to any changes. Once you attempt to add it to your account you will be able to confirm any additional charges or fees.

I just got the stream saver bundle for $15, it lists fees and taxes as $19.52, I sure that is not on top of the $15. I have hulu and am billed $7.99 a month, no taxes no fees. I cant understand why Xfinity would charge taxes and fees.  There is no way to talk to anyone at Xfinity  to get an answer.  The chatbot just takes you in circles. Very disappointing when you are paying almost $400 per month.

Hey there, @Snorkiepetro! Thanks for leaving a comment with similar questions and concerns. It sounds like you may be referring to taxes and fees related to other service(s) besides the StreamSaver plan. Don't worry! You're in the right place :) Our team is awesome at confirming those kinds of details with you, and it's my pleasure to help! The best way to review a breakdown of your charges is to locate the full copies of your statements in My Account. Here's how:

1. Log in to My Account

2. Select the purple Account icon in the upper right corner

3. Select "Billing"

4. Select "Bill details"

5. Select "Statement history"

6. Click on "Statement PDF" under your current statement

7. Or on any of the previous statements listed to view the full document

A complete breakdown of your monthly charges starts on page 3. Please let me know if this helps! And if you still have any questions or concerns, feel free to create a new post of your own so that we can take a closer look if necessary.
