How do you issue an error ticket for stream?

Stream stopped working around noon today.  I have tried different browsers on different computers as well as an app on an apple device and it would not work on any of them.  There is no way or option to submit an error message or complain about xfinity stream.

For the last 21 days in a row I have been without internet, TV, stream, or a combination of those for at least 30 min.  21 days where something broke.  This service just gets worse and worse every single day.
