How do unlink Peacock account from xfinity account.

When trying to unlink my Peacock account from xfinity account, the above error message is received.    This has been the error for months which is quite strange.    Why had xfinity not resolved this issue?

When attempting to 'Add & manage subscriptions' the above screen appears and continues to reset over and over.   FYI, I am using MS Edge Browser.

- Are you trying to unlink an account that was associated with a previous location?
- Are you trying to unlink a free Peacock Premium account you no longer want?
