how do i unlink my peacock account from my xfinity account?

i accidentally activated the service with a different email address and i want to unlink the accounts now so i can activate the service on the right Peacock account. every time i try in the activate services page, it gives me an error message that just says to try again and i have tried with different computers in different locations on different days and nothing is working

To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.


Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

SAME BOAT. I have been on the phone for hours and NO ONE can help me. I have been transferred to multiple people on the phone and no one can seem to unlink my subscription

There is no "Direct Message" icon.  There is an account button and a notifications button.  That's it.
