How do I cancel Peacock Premium plus when I have an Internet only subscription?

I have been unable to cancel Peacock for 4 straight months now. I have tried the following:

1) I have tried to cancel online, but the website errors out when trying to cancel the subscription. 

2) I have called customer service each month. Each time I was assured the the subscription was removed only to have it show up on the bill the next month. 

3) I have texted with customer support and also assured the subscription was cancelled (last reference # 53938888605111280)

I am looking into other options, but I wanted to see if there is any help I could get through this forum before taking any formal escalation paths. 

I would greatly appreciate any assistance that could be provided with this situation. Thanks!
