How can I reset my purchase pin?

How can I reset my purchase pin without the code? I can not turn it off and when I click the reset link it give an error message. The online support solution is not working for me.

"To reset the Xfinity Stream app on your Roku device, you need to sign out of the app.

Go to the **Settings** menu and select the **Sign Out** option.

This will deactivate your device, and you will need to reactivate it the next time you log in, accepting the Terms of Activation again.

Alternatively, you can exit the app without deactivating the device by pressing the **Last** button until you see the main menu, then selecting **Sign Out**.

Press the **Last** button again to exit the app."

Nothing happens when I do that.

I enter my pin 5 times. I click the reset link and then i get the

(Error # E101).

I need someone that will be able to reset my purchase pin on xfinity stream without the code, no chromecast, no tv box. I just have  the app on the phone and on roku.

I would delete the app and redownload it. Then try again. If that doesn't work we may need to escalate it. 

 

The stream app can also be impacted if you have multiple accounts. Do you have multiple accounts with us by chance?

There is no way to reset a purchase pin on the app or on the website. The customer service agents in the store, on the phone and chat can NOT help you. There is nothing you can do but get a cable box that you do not want. Do not let them give you the run around. They are lying to you.
