Horrible TV app

Hey xfinity this is a statement not a question.  Your service and TV stream app is utter garbage.  99 percent of time it does not work.  Either buffering or out of sync.  The amount of money you charge each month is ridiculous and you can't spend the money to make sure your app is the best.  How about you hire actual people that know what they are doing.
