Did not receive any comments, answers to fix my problem,  consistent with Xfinity customer service, DISAPPOINTING.

Sorry to hear you haven't received any assistance with your service @user_5n8rvu. Are you only having issues while streaming or do you lose connection on other devices? Are you having issues with the Xfinity Stream app or is it all streaming services?
