Help

I ordered netflix, apple TV and peacock plus. The link that was sent takes me to Netflix and requires me to pay Netflix. I am being billed by xfinity not netflix

I canceled the service. 2nd time this happened and it was never resolved. If I stream directly with service it works. These links don't work for me
