Help with Xfinity Stream
I purchased a Roku stick to use Xfinity Stream. I have Xfinity WiFi only and it’s still not loading. Say I need a video subscription. No idea what that’s about. I was told I would be able to use Xfinity stream. Need some help

Hello user_xvv006! Thanks so much for reaching out to us here and for checking out the Xfinity Stream app. I love the app for my home and even while we travel since I can bring so many programs with me. I'm sorry that the service is not working for you in the app. There is a limitation with the Xfinity Stream app on roku devices. In order to access the stream app on roku you have to subscribe to Xfinity internet and Xfinity TV services.
With a Xfinity internet only account you would be able to access some great content to stream for free. Here is a list of the available options you will see on compatible devices.
