Can you check to see if you can access the Xfinity Stream website for us? https://www.xfinity.com/stream/
I also have a link that goes into the system requirements for the stream app if you could take a look at the compatible devices as well https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-app-requirements
