i do get the stream thx. will try uninstall if i can find. problem is it downloaded then disappeared so i dont even think it installed. it is stuck in cyberspace
@user_dunk Just checking in to see if any of those steps worked for you? Are you able to access the website on your laptop?

Can you check to see if you can access the Xfinity Stream website for us? https://www.xfinity.com/stream/
