Help please. Went from a happy person to unhappy and 😕

I revived this email the other day, telling because I'm a xfinity internet customer I get free streaming service,
So I install the app on my Roku and follow the instructions, good so far, but received a message saying that I can't stream because I have to have xfinity TV.
I have included the email. Don't understand why I can't stream through my Roku maybe someone could help out.
