Hallmark+

I signed up for hallmark+ via set top box.  When I try to access Hallmark+ online, I can't because I don't have a Hallmark+ login SO... how do I access it on my laptop?  Am I better off canceling through Xfinity and subscribing via Hallmark?

@Cola227 Unfortunately you cannot access it on your laptop. When you signup with Xfinity through their box, it creates an account tied to that device. You do not receive login credentials. Even if you did sign up directly with Hallmark, the app on the Xfinity box doesn't provide a provider login option. You would only be able to sign-in to their app on devices such as your TV (Samsung/LG), Roku, Fire TV, Apple, Google TV etc.

Thank you!  I canceled the subscription through Xfinity and signed up on their website.

Perhaps someone can also help me.

We signed up for Hallmark+, originally through a direct subscription; however, as was pointed out, the only way to access Hallmark+ through an Xfinity box is to subscribe to Hallmark+ through Xfinity.  So, we canceled the direct subscription and subscribed through Xfinity.

The problem we seem to be having is that there seems to be a delay in certain premiering shows being available through Xfinity compared to a direct subscription with Hallmark+.  Is there an Xfinity Hallmark+ app we should be using... or is it simply to verbally request Hallmark+, (which is what we are presently doing).  The representatives at our Xfinity center were clueless.  Thanks

@user_2c17ny There is not a Hallmark+ app you should be using. Unfortunately, there are differences between the content feed you receive through Xfinity, and the content you receive directly through the Hallmark+ app. This should explain it;

Hallmark+ on Xfinity is an on-demand channel that requires both Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Internet services.
Hallmark+ is a streaming service and membership program that offers a variety of Hallmark content, including original series and movies, plus benefits like discounts and rewards.
